All items come from a smoke free, pet friendly home. All materials are pre-washed to reduce shrinkage in the final product. Please contact me with questions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal ONLY. I will consider money orders on an individual basis, but you must email me before purchasing! Payment is expected within 12 hours or item will be restocked.

• A deposit will be required at the time of purchase.  This amount will be applied to your final invoice and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  
• Customs must be PAID IN FULL before any work will begin.
• Decisions regarding fabric, sizes, etc AND final payment on custom orders must be received within 72 hours or your custom slot may be dropped. This is at my discretion.
• Custom Orders are NON RETURNABLE, unless defective.
• Please allow up to four weeks for custom orders to be completed
• Custom dying - I do my best to dye the fabric to your specifications.  Please be as specific as possible (ie - hot pink and dark brown).  I cannot copy another dyers colorways or style.  Each piece of dyed fabric is truly OOAK.  Variations in the dye are part of the dying process and not considered flaws.

WETBAGS:  Our trendy wetbags are so cute no one will ever suspect what’s inside! Each bag features a stylish designer cotton fabric on the outside and waterproof PUL (polyurethane laminate) on the inside for ultimate protection against wetness. All seams are double stitched for durability and the layers are sewn together only at the zipper to prevent wicking. Each wetbag includes a coordinating handle and zipper so you can carry your stuff in style!

CLOTHING:  I offer a variety of clothing styles and sizes.  I use high quality cotton knit, bamboo velour and woven materials.  No synthetics here!  All seams and hems are professionally finished for a quality, boutique piece of clothing.  Clothing should be washed and dried on warm, no bleach.

WARRANTIES:  I guarantee the workmanship and materials of my items for 45 days.  This applies to the original purchaser only.  If something happens with your product during this time, please let me know and I will work to fix it. 

SHIPPING:    I strive to ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  Occassionally on a weekend or holiday it may be a bit longer.  For domestic purchases, I ship via first class mail with delivery confirmation.   If you would like to purchase insurance on your parcel, please let me know before checkout.  I do my best to accurately quote shipping prices.  However, if I have grossly overcharged, I will refund the overpayment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  International orders are always welcome!  Shipping to Canada is the same as domestic shipping, unless stated differently in the listing. Please be advised that delivery times may be longer due to customs. Shipping for international purchases will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact me for a quote. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:  Your happiness with the product is very important to me! I encourage you to ask questions before you order. I will accept returns if the item is defective or grossly misrepresented. I will offer a replacement or store credit.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns are at my discretion.  Returned item(s) must be unwashed/unused and in the original packaging. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:  Do not use the sanitize cycle on any My Beautiful Girl Products!

• Bags (all styles) - Launder as needed.  Warm wash and tumble dry.   No Bleach! 
• Clothing - Launder on warm, gentle cycle and tumble dry low.  No Bleach!
